That's what people kept singing to me the wholde day. Apparently it's a very famous song in England, i've just never heard of it before.
I'm so glad they don't know Frankie Vincent though ;)

Sally called when she got the word,
She said: "I suppose you've heard -
About Alice".
Well I rushed to the window,
And I looked outside,
But I could hardly believe my eyes -
As a big limousine rolled up
Into Alice's drive...

Oh, I don't know why she's leaving,
Or where she's gonna go,
I guess she's got her reasons,
But I just don't want to know,
'Cos for twenty-four years
I've been living next door to Alice.
Alice, who the fuck is Alice

Twenty-four years just waiting for a chance,
To tell her how I'm feeling, maybe get a second glance,
Now I've got to get used to not living next door to Alice...
Alice, who the fuck is Alice

Grew up together,
Two kids in the park,
Carved our initials,
Deep in the bark,
Me and Alice.
Now she walks through the door,
With her head held high,
Just for a moment, I caught her eye,
As a big limousine pulled slowly
Out of Alice's drive.

Oh, I don't know why she's leaving,
Or where she's gonna go,
I guess she's got her reasons,
But I just don't want to know,
'Cos for twenty-four years
I've been living next door to Alice.
Alice, who the fuck is Alice

Twenty-four years just waiting for a chance,
To tell her how I'm feeling, maybe get a second glance,
Now I gotta get used to not living next door to Alice...
Alice, who the fuck is Alice

Sally called back, asked how I felt,
She said: "I know how to help -
Get over Alice".
She said: "Now Alice is gone,
But I'm still here,
You know I've been waiting
For twenty-four years..."
And the big limousine disappeared...

I don't know why she's leaving,
Or where she's gonna go,
I guess she's got her reasons,
But I just don't want to know,
'Cos for twenty-four years
I've been living next door to Alice.
Alice, who the fuck is Alice

Twenty-four years just waiting for a chance,
To tell her how I feel, and maybe get a second glance,
But I'll never get used to not living next door to Alice...
Alice, who the fuck is Alice

Now I'll never get used to not living next door to Alice...

Things of no interest whatsoever, and some with little interest!

1) Jamie Lynn Spears, aka Britney's sister is pregnant at 16!
They are seriously screwed up in this family. I hope she won't get baby tips from her sister. Maybe with this piece of information "they" will let Britney alone for a little while and stop harrassing her.

2) Ashley Tisdale (Aka Sharpey in High School Musical) had a nose job done to her. Apparently it was needed for medical reasons. Is it just me or she had more personality before?
I just don't recognize her anymore. She's like some Mira Sorvino's clone. That's a pity.
I wonder what all the kids at Disney's will say when they see her on her new hit.

3) Speaking of nose jobs. Did Erica Durance did something to her nose? I swear it looked really weird. It bugged me so much that i don't recall what happened in the last Smallville Episode.

4) Speaking of Smallville, i think i won't buy the DVDs anymore. I just don't feel like spending 50 euros for every season. Ok maybe i would be cheaper on amazon...
I own seasons 3, 4 and 5. And as much as i like to have an entire serie, i just don't see the point of wasting money on a show that i'm only watching for the sake of Chloe Sullivan/ Allison Mack.

5)
OMG!! This is so cool!
Dick Van Dyke, Suits, Brotherly love,
Christmas, Silent Night, Wee!Dean and Wee!Sam, the Amulet!!! Thank you Kripke.
I wasn't very fond of the fingernail pulling though... I think i was on the verge of fainting. I don't know i have this thing with fingernails, that's creeping me out, plus Torture is not really my thing. I had to close my eyes :)

6) Speaking of Supernatural. You won't believe what i found practically in front of my house: A chevy Impala!!
That might not be a huge thing for you, but you have to know that in France you don't find a lot of those cars, especially in Paris where there is no way to park a car like that one. I'm pretty sure you can fit two "smarts" (Brand of small cars) instead of that gigormous car.
I was on the phone when i saw it and i got so excited and began yelling on the phone about the impala. Of course my friend don't watch Supernatural so she had no idea why I was so happy.
Her response: Yeah, well it's just a car
me: not just any car, it's a chevy impala! Ok i'm gonna hang up now, i have pictures to take!!
And so did I. I took pictures.... I looked around but there were neither Dean nor Sam in sight ;)

<lj-embed id="1" />

Moi ça me fait bien rire.

Su-per.

So i watch the entire What I like about you show, with Amanda Bynes and Jenny Garth, and i really had a blast watching those episodes.
It really is light and funny and i like the actors. The one who played Gary had me peeing in my pants practically everytime he's on screen. He is hilarious.
Plus, how gorgeous is Nick Zano... Pure eye candy. No offense to his acting skills of course.

Anyway i'm back from Germany and i'm sick. And i'm craving for some good chickflicks like "everything you want" with Shiri Appleby and of course, Nick Zano.
Or "It had to be you" with Michael Vartan
or "See Jane Date" with Charisma Carpenter
or "Lucky Seven" with Patrick Dempsey

Why, oh why those movies didn't make it to France. Plus i can't seem to be able to download them anywhere. It's so frustrating.
I have no idea how does Amazon work, but even if they ship me the DVDs it will be a Zone 1 DVD (US and Canada) and i'm not sure i can play it on my computer. As a matter of fact, i'm pretty sure i can't.
I'm doomed!! I wanna see pretty Nick Zano making out with Shiri Appleby...

Or i could also get a life....

I'm back on track, TV showswise... I bet you want to know what i think of the seasons so far, or not. Feel free to skip.

Samantha Who:
I luuuuuv it. It's so funny. I really like Christina Applegate in that show. I think it's the first time i see her in a project where she doesn't have to act slutty and dumb.

Heroes:
Still love the show despite the very boring season 2.
Hiro in japan: boring
Maya and the tears of doom: boring
I love Claire so much, but her boyfriend? Kinda irritating. I kinda love that he's connected with her father though, and that she's conflicted because of it.
It goes very very slowly, too slowly
Good things happening to the show: Kristen Bell, David Anders, Bianca Lawson.
Did you see the episode from monday? So so good. Finally we learn what happened after the nuclear explosion. And David Anders is Adam!! Yoohoo.
And Elle playing with Peter, treating him like her toy. I loved it.

Prison Break: What can i say, i'm still watching. But i'm very reluctantly watching.
They really killed my buzz.
I'm not looking forward to watch prison break like i used to. Sometimes i even force myself to watch it. It's sad don't you think.
I really thing this show is doomed to end this season, but if the writers can manage to pull something good and come back from the Sara disaster, i will be the first to rejoice!

Gossip Girl:
It's my guilty pleasure. It's quite addictive. Blair is so nasty, i love it.
And Serena and Dan are so cute together.

Supernatural:
I love you show! I love you Kripke & Co!
How awesome is the beginning of this season, huh?
I love the banter, the snark... Ruby and Bella, especially Bella are a nice addition to the show. I kinda miss Ellen and Jo and i still hope they will return someday.
the bad luck/good luck episode was hilarious and the one with the ship, oh man i laughed so hard!!
Of course there are also the tough and sad moments of the show.
That's why i love it so much: there is mystery, action, hotness, brotherhood, and chickflicks moments. (eventhough Dean doesn't want to)
Kripke you really had the jackpot here, don't you?
If only more people would watch the show....
Thank you CW, not only the show is in competing with very popular shows in its timeslot but you don't promote it at all. Com'on, a little advertisment can't hurt!

Smallville:
This show is totally cheesy and utterly ridiculous. That's why i watch it.
Badass!Lana is kinda fun, Lois still makes me want to vomit, Chloe is my hero, Clark is a BDA, Lex is obsessed, and Lionel... well he's Lionel. I kinda like the dynamics between Clark and Lara though.
That's pretty much it.

Grey's Anatomy:
No more Gizzie!! Please Shonda Rhimes, no more Gizzie. Make it stop. I can't bear it anymore, it's so awful.
I like the Lizzie/ Mer dynamic. Dr Hahn is back, yes! And Mark and Derek are buddies again.
Last seaons they screwed Izzie, now they are screwing Callie. Poor poor Callie. i'm glad that she's bonding with Christina. She used to be best buds with Addison and now she's gone. Gosh i miss Addison. Maybe i'll check Private practice one day. Plus there's Paul Adelstein in it!!!
Speaking of Paul Adelstein, i saw Intolerable Cruelty again, with George Clooney and Catherine Zeta-Jones. And how cute, Paul and George are together. I was squeeing madly everytime they were on screen together, which is a lot.
Speaking of George, i just saw the latest Nespresso advertisement, and let's just say it's not as good as the first one, not as funny. Plus George looks really old in that one, he wasn't film in a good way i guess....
Speaking of film, let's just get back to our TV show, shall we?

Ugly Betty:
Still the same as season 1
O Mark, O Amanda, how i love thee...
Justin with Mark was so cute, Justin was like a mini Mark. I hope we see them together soon. I liked the Mark's boyfriend storyline and Posh Spice doing a cameo.
I really liked the shoutout at HSM when Justin is desesperatly trying to play basketball.
The sandwich guy is really funny.
You know what's not funny? the adulterous affair of Henry and Betty.... I'm snoring just tipping it. And the Wicked episode. I have nothing against musicals but when i tune in it's to sse Ugly Betty, not the entire cast of Wicked.

Friday Night Lights:
O Show, you came back, even better than i left you.
I love the opening credits, i can't help smiling when they show up on my screen.
Tim/Lyla all the way baby!! And the three of the in Mexico was kinda cool.
I wish Tim will get back on the team. Smash needs his Riggins.
Matt and Julie, even broken up they're cute. I can't wait for Matt to be with the nurse
the Taylore family still rocks my socks.
I wasn't so sure about the murder thingie, we'll have to wait and see i guess.

Brothers & Sisters:
Rob Lowe and Dave Annable are deliciously hot. And they can act too!
This show has a tremendous cast: Sally Field, Calista Flockhart, Rachel Griffits (sp?), Emily Vancamp...
And to go with my Paire ship, i'll announce officially that i'm pairing Justin/Rebecca. Don't care if they're related or not.
Don't you think Dave Annable looks just like Matthew Fox? Maybe they're related ^^
They kinda look the same don't they?
